Was your credit card charged twice on Sep. 15th? Your visit to the bar may have been between 08/22/11 & 09/15/11.
Our processing system has been inconsistently online between these dates. So not only may the date be off from the actual time of purchase, but we found an error in the processing in general. Regrettably some cards were charged twice. I don't know how many or for which days, but I have addressed the error with the processing company, and they have removed all duplicate charges.
Unfortunately, they seem to hold refunds for several days. Our phone lines are not set up yet, but please do not hesitate to email me by Sep. 27th if you have not received your refund.

I am very embarrassed about the whole thing and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may bring.
Please save your billing statements that show these charges in case legal proceedings against the software company that caused the problem are required.
Also please email a copy of your duplicate charges on your statement with your postal address for a complimentary $10 gift certificate to use during your next visit.
